Rates
$50 per 50-minute session for individual sessions
$75 per 50-minute session for couples or families
$50 per 60-minute Licensure supervision (CSW, MHC, and MFT)
$120 per 90-minute EMDR session (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing)
$150 per 90-minute substance abuse evaluation (additional fees may apply)
Insurance
Some insurance accepted including but not limited to United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna
Insurance is not accepted for substance abuse evaluation and EMDR sessions at this time.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Sorry no checks.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not notify us of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
